Will I receive a tracking number?

Sweet Kitty Club, LLC is a small business and we take pride in using the freshest ingredients. For this reason, each order is a custom made experience. Please allow 3 - 5 business days, the next business day is counted as day 1, for your request to be fulfilled with love and expertise. *shipping days are Mondays & Thursdays weekly*

Keeping in mind during sales, holidays, or other influx of orders may cause shipping delays. We will do our best to keep you updated. 

Packages are shipped from Texas, and in general, take 2 - 5 business days for delivery. Keeping in mind the current state of the country delays may occur.

Can I pick up or shop in side?

🚨Orders are for shipping only. No pick up orders.  🚨

What happens if my order is returned?

If your order is returned to sender, you will be prompted to purchase a reshipping fee listed on our website. The Sweet Kitty Club is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by USPS. If you choose not to purchase a reshipping fee, you will be issued a store credit in the full amount of your order (minus the shipping fee), only if the order is returned to us in mint condition.

Can I cancel my order once it is placed?

Once you place your order, you cannot cancel it.

NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS! IF, UNDER THE RARE CIRCUMSTANCES YOUR ORDER IS CANCELED THERE WILL BE A 25% CANCELATION FEE.

What if I input the wrong address?

We will gladly modify your address, if your order has not been processed for shipping. You will only be able to modify your address within 24 hours after your purchase, otherwise, your order will be shipped to the address you provided. Please take your time at checkout.
