Will I receive a tracking number?

Sweet Kitty Club, LLC is a small business and we take pride in using the freshest ingredients. For this reason, each order is a custom made experience. Please allow 3 - 5 business days, the next business day is counted as day 1, for your request to be fulfilled with love and expertise. *shipping days are Mondays & Thursdays weekly*

Keeping in mind during sales, holidays, or other influx of orders may cause shipping delays. We will do our best to keep you updated. 

Packages are shipped from Texas, and in general, take 2 - 5 business days for delivery. Keeping in mind the current state of the country delays may occur.

Can I pick up or shop in side?

🚨Orders are for shipping only. No pick up orders.  🚨

What happens if my order is returned?

If your order is returned to sender, you will be prompted to purchase a reshipping fee listed on our website. The Sweet Kitty Club is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by USPS. If you choose not to purchase a reshipping fee, you will be issued a store credit in the full amount of your order (minus the shipping fee), only if the order is returned to us in mint condition.

Can I cancel my order once it is placed?

Once you place your order, you cannot cancel it.

NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS! IF, UNDER THE RARE CIRCUMSTANCES YOUR ORDER IS CANCELED THERE WILL BE A 25% CANCELATION FEE.

What if I input the wrong address?

We will gladly modify your address, if your order has not been processed for shipping. You will only be able to modify your address within 24 hours after your purchase, otherwise, your order will be shipped to the address you provided. Please take your time at checkout.

Soaps

Can all of the bars be used for full body use?

Yes, all of our soaps that are labeled Yoni Bars can be used for your entire body.

Should I use the yoni bar inside of my vagina?

Before using the yoni bar, please consult with your OBGYN. I highly recommend that you do not use the yoni bar inside of your vagina, it should only be used externally.

Is it normal to break out after using the Black Magic bar for the first time?

The Black Magic bars sole purpose is to '"detox" your skin. Which means, it will extract toxins and impurities from your skin. If you notice that this persists for more than a week, discontinue use.

Why are the bars in different colors each time?

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we enjoy being creative with designs and colors. However, this does not affect the ingredients, nor the potency.

How often do you restock?

We restock our website on the 5th of the month.

How do I stay updated on upcoming restocks and sales?

Please subscribe to our mailing list on our home page. 

Vsteaming

Can I have sex before and after sex?

Yes, if this is your first time vsteaming please wait 48 hrs to begin regular activity to be sure there are no contradictions. 

Who should NOT vsteam? 

Do not use this product if: 

• Pregnant
• Breastfeeding
• Using hormone replacement therapy
• If you have kidney disease.
• Do not use during your menstrual cycle or right after intercourse.
• Steam 2-3 times a month except when menstruating.
• We don't recommend using right after intercourse, while you are menstruating, or if you have an IUD use precaution.
