Obsidian is truth-enhancing. A strongly protective stone, it forms a shield against negativity. It blocks psychic attack and absorbs negative energies from the environment. Obsidian draws out mental stress and tension. It stimulates growth on all levels, urging exploration of the unknown and opening new horizons.
When you hold a crystal in your left hand, it receives energy. This is your introspective hand, associated with intuition, the subconscious mind and receiving. Conversely, the right hand is the giving hand. In holding or wearing a crystal in your right hand, you'll give the energy out to others and protect yourself from receiving negative energy. Therefore, crystals with protective properties should be held with your right hand so that you can let go of anxiety, fear or anger.
How to use:
✨Wet your manifestation bar
✨Lather bar inside your hands
✨While either washing your hands or any part of your body (not made for Kitty) repeat your favorite bible verse or affirmations until your crystal is released.
