Individual 30 minute steam session. Once an appointment is set you will receive confirmation and booking requirements. Please be mindful that the timeframe is inclusive of time for setup, changing into your robe for steaming, a discussion of your choice of herbs and their benefits. You will also have a choice of tea or water to keep you hydrated during your steam.
